Defective

After getting it, it worked for a couple of days then screen became unresponsive. I tried returning but since I couldn’t delete my data the store didn’t accept it. I had to spend additional money to have the screen replaced! Never again I am buying a refurbished phone from your store.

Buyer beware

The issues range from it not allowing me to set up Apple pay to web pages not loading. Buying certified refurbished is a gamble, especially when the return window is less than 30 days, unless you have the Best Buy total tech rewards membership. The manager Chris was not very enthusiastic or helpful about assisting me within his means.

Definitely not worth it when you can get a brand new one with $100 more. Horrible product. Not to mention the restocking fee. $45 dollars to return a refurbished phone ???!!!!! Unacceptable.

Stop working after return period.

And then literally right after the return period ends it starts having charging problems. It barely charges if at all. This is nothing but a scam do not buy if you value your money.
