The volume doesn’t work and now I have to go into the store and hope the geek squad can fix it! They should really check the phones before reselling them.

Returned it and ordered another one and it had to be shipped to me. Once it was shipped, it was completely scratched up. I was also charged a restock fee for the first iPhone with the broken camera
