I was hesitant to buy a used phone and was shocked at its condition. It looked brand new and works perfectly. It wasn’t in the original box but was packed well and came with the cords.

Everything was great! I received it on the date promised and the phone was in a like new condition, this is the second phone I’ve purchased from Best Buy one for me and one for my daughter, I highly recommend Best Buy, I have been satisfied with every one of my purchases.

It was like getting a new phone. The only thing I didn’t like is the floor staff wouldn’t let me view phone out of box before paying. I had no way of knowing the condition with it being refurbished or open boxed but thankfully it was like new.

Phone was pre owned only worked for a month or two. Not worth the purchase was very disappointed. Display, Camera, and Battery have nothing to do with the phone working as a phone that can call out. The sim was new and this phone was not functioning, and I think they knew it wasn't going to work but didn't care. At this point it's moving bad merchandise. If you get a phone to work as a phone and it can't call anyone then it's useless.

No issues with this phone and works like it was new.

The phones screen came out scratched but yet again its a pre-owned phone. Everything else is alright with the device.

The phone lasted in all about 3 years before it gave out. It was refurbished and i feel i got my moneys worth.

good condition, but only has one camera, and the screen changes to this large font, so you are supposed to use three fingers to bring it back to normal. it's crazy I have to power the phone off and restart it.
