    BestBuy should work with a better provider for these pre-owned iPhones, got one of these that I couldn't activate and the second one with a battery life that couldn't hold 5 hrs, besides the bad shape of the devices itself.

    Great phone even if it was pre-owned. My iPhone 11 Pro Max was stolen and I bought this one to replace it. Best Buy did not have any 11s available.
