    Phone looked brand new and set up wa so a breeze. Performed flawlessly until recently when it developed Safari issues…redirects…went to a different browser. But still having issues.

    The item I received was in like new condition. No scratches or scuffs or any damage of any kind. The phone works perfectly. It was a gift for my wife. The generic cord and charging block was a very good quality one, not a dime store cheap one. Wife is very happy with her new phone. Thank you.

    There needs to be some type of protection plan for iPhone. Best Buy needs to come up with some type of protection plan for its members specially those of total tech and for all iPhone specially that of pre-owned.......
