    My new refurbished Apple iPhone XR 64GB is the best phone I have ever owned. With my enclosed case surrounding the iphone, I am more confident that if I drop the phone, the screen won't crack. That is a vey important feature of any phone that you carry.

    So far, the phone is working well. (( I was unaware the phone was a refurbished when I bought it. Not sure that matters but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.)) I haven’t used the camera yet so I don’t know if that’s ok and I can’t rate that. I had difficulty getting my hearing aids blue toothed in. The phone doesn’t indicate when they are, unlike the 6S which gave a clear indication That’s why my star rating isn’t higher. In addition, I have to check periodically to ensure my aids are working as they have a tendency to get cut off more than with the 6S. I never lost my ears with the 6S. Perhaps there is setting or settings I’ve missed. Also, the screen protector and a case were a little more harder to find. However, the phone is working well.
