    I love absolutely everything about this phone. Been using it for 2 weeks now and haven't had any problems. The battery life is great, screen size is perfect, operating system is amazing. Would definitely purchase another one.

    The battery does not hold a charge, the phone overheats very fast, and the phone moves very slow. I paid almost $300 for this crappy phone. The least Best Buy can do is make sure the battery holds a charge. Never buying used products from Best Buy again. Waste of my money.
