Good phone for the price, just sucks that apple always does software updates that older models cant keep uo with.

To start with, I made this purchase in the store but had to have it shipped and the sales person did not tell me it was a pre-owned phone. No big deal, it's Best Buy and I have a total tech membership so I figured it would be fine. Well, the phone shows up, looks good, we get it set up for my mom and notice it has an echo but it's ok. Next a black line appears and the echo gets worse but the return period is over so now I have to figure out when I can drive 100 miles, get the phone, drive another hour to the closest store, hope they can fix it and then take it back to my mom. I am a Total Tech member (for now) but this is probably the end of my relationship with Best Buy.

I’m happy with my purchase, even though some people would tell me to buy a new iPhone, I don’t regret it cause the iPhone is working properly.

While I knew this was an old phone - I assumed I would get something refurbished that was healthy. Instead, I got a phone where the battery drains 30% from 7:30 to 9 on my way to work, and the screen had a crack in the middle that you couldn't see in store. I am very, very disappointed, especially considering there were other phones I could have chose from in this price range.

I phone X-r came in 9.5 out of 10 condition. Works great no lag. Battery capacity is 90 percent. Great job best buy

I’m unable to comment on this product. My notices that it was ready for pick up were going to junk mail instead of regular emails. By the time I found this out my pick up time had expired and the store returned it. When they tried to reorder it the phone was no longer available. I have had good success with iPhones in the past.

Good device still not as good as new but you get what you pay for

I will never buy a pre -owened phone again! I bought this phone for my granddaughter. It was good at first and time it was to late to send back the camara mess up. She can only take selfies now. It also makes a noise when she tries to take a picture. Was not worth what i paid for it.Never again!!
