The phone was working great until a few months down the road, it turned off and hadn’t turned since. I’ve tried hard resetting the device and everything but unfortunately it still not working

I mean, the iPhone works, but it is so incredibly slow. It has a terrible camera. If you wanna go cheap and get a new phone just get the newest models. Cheapest version don’t go and get this one.

Phone was in great condition and exactly what I was expecting. The change-over from my other phone went smoothly and I was able to go to a digital sim card. Delivery was a little slow for both the phone and the trade in kit. still waiting for response on trade in.

Everything was perfect, the purchase arrived on the scheduled day, the phone arrived in perfect condition. I am satisfied.

Phone died two weeks after the 90 day warranty ended. Got stuck in a boot loop and would not do anything. We took it to Geek Squad and they could do nothing for us. 100% dissatisfied with the phone and the experience. I'm out with money for this phone and still had to get a new one. Lesson learned, don't buy a refurb phone without an extended warranty.

love the phone it works great unfortunately the phone disnt come with the headphones or an actual iphone brand charger it came with an 5$ gas station charger and not even the actual iphone box. a bit bummed out being that i paid a pretty penny for this phone and only received the phone itself

Bought it for a family member who is not tech savvy.

I had this phone for 2 weeks and the following issues arose, this refurbished phone will not hold a charge. It gets to 60% and stops charging. The battery dies within a couple hours also the glass fell out and I had to pay a 3rd party to replace the glass. I let Best Buy know about this and they said I would have to go to geek squad and refurbish phones have no warranty or guarantee.
