    Phone has a line that pops up occasionally from the top of the screen to the bottom. Also the charger cord that came with the phone doesn’t work. I called Best Buy customer service and an appointment was scheduled for the geek squad to look at it. Geek squad said they could give me a refund. I don’t want a refund or to go without a phone. Unhappy with this purchase all the way around.

    Second time purchasing a refurbished phone from Best Buy & will not be the last. first one being an iPhone 8 it was kind of slow after a couple months of use but that’s only because it was an older model phone and I had to download IOS 16 in order to set it up but overall great. Display screen is wonderful so is the battery life on the XR and just really great.

    When i got the phone there was nasty stuff in the speakers phone was very slow and would not hold a charge. I 10/10 do not recoment buying a refurbished phone from best buy everything else is great
