Paid a restocking fee to exchange for a lesser device (storage) in order to have a functional device. The return/ exchange policy is poor; in hindsight I would have purchased on ebay or equivalent.

This particular phone was a nightmare! My last phone was a 6C, so very different. I did love the features in the XR and the size, however this refurbished phone did not have WIFI, so after I got it all set up (not easy, in terms of providers and learning 14+ios) I took it to an Apple store, where they ran diagnostics and found it never passed WIFI tests in AUGUST 2021! Yet, it was on the market without a word about it being defective!

Never buy online electronic from BestBuy and if you decide to return, they will charge you tons of money for something they call a restocking fee. It is like trading your vehicle and in return you get nothing. It is a rip-off. And Also, the product is overpriced. You better off buying from Amazon without any conditions.

It sucks it gets to hot it won’t hold a charge it glitches I cannot believe it and it came with a off brand charger and cube and scratched very bad!!!!!

Speaker doesn’t work and I just refuse to spend $45 to restock an item that was sold broken. Don’t buy ANY PREOWNED electronics here!

I brought this on May 11th as of June 21st it doesn’t turn on at all it stayed in an outer box hasn’t been dropped or wet but doesn’t turn on at all smh

Love it. I Got my Yellow XR 128 GB it has no issues , great camera.

It’s a good phone but I couldn’t use it on with my service provider. I thought it was unlocked like it was stated but I guess not because I can’t use it

Good phone there wass nothing wrong with no crack. All new

It’s a little smaller then I thought and it has only a 780 pixel which make the video or pictures not as sharp. Still for what I’m using it for. It will safice.

The first 2 weeks it was perfect. And then literally right after the return period ends it starts having charging problems. It barely charges if at all. This is nothing but a scam do not buy if you value your money.

Less that a month with the phone turns off on its on dosent want to turn on

Battery life is dead. I need to keep a power bank all time with me so i can save the battery

Did not like this phone at all it lagged and would freeze for no reason at all.

Phone has a small crack on the screen on a corner. I know it’s a pre owned product but they should at least let people know what defects it has and we can decide whether we want to purchase it as is or not.

Its ok for a backup phone i lost my phone and had no insurance. Decided to get this one and it gets the job done

I loveeee this case! But I am still scared to drop my phone it feels as if it will STILL BREAK because of all the exposure. I still am happy with my purchase and and hopeful it will live to its drop tests.

The battery was health was about 60%, im surpiesed they sold the phome woth that nattery health. Not worth it

I bought this for a friend who obviously didn’t care what kind of condition it was in, Best Buy should not have even attempted to sell that phone it was all scratched up and it was a mess. If I sold it on one of the apps I would’ve been lucky to get $100 for the kind of condition that phone was in, shame on you Best Buy!! Geek squad Hass to do a better job of certifying those phones.
