Terrible refurbished phone

Very poor refurbishment job. Only a 2 week return period, so when phone started malfunctioning at the end of a month, no recourse.

It also had makeup embedded on ear speaker. Had to return, worst thing ever. Do not buy used!!!!

It’s for my son so it’s ok but I wouldn’t recommend this for any adult. I have had my iPhone XR for years now and it’s in better shape than this phone.

Horrible service

They refuse to cooperate in providing their record of purchase to Apple, which is needed to access the phone which has been damaged and locked. I will never spend a single dollar with Best Buy again.
