Phone is great. I am very disappointed that I was not told Apple would put a 14 day hold for security reasons for previously owned phones.

I purchased this refurb iPhoneXR, but during transfer of my phone data, I found it to have a screen defect where i could not type the Y key. It consistently chose T or U, but never Y. I exchanged easily it for a second refurb iPhone XR. The second one had a row of dead pixels across the bottom. I was a little disappointed, given $240 pricetag. Returning this second one was easy too, and I specifically stated they were defective, so i hope they didn’t end up back in stock.

The phone was in perfect condition. Could not even tell it was preowned.

As to be expected from a pre-owned device. There are some dings and scratches on the outside of the phone for normal wear and tear however it gets the job done.

Okay, okay people say it’s a bad phone but trust me, it’s very good. What I really like is that the iPhone XR is cheap for so much. It has Face ID, good battery, it’s fast with the A12 bionic chip, good sound/speakers, and calling is good too. But, of course there are some cons, the biggest con is that the resolution is lower than 1080p, also has a lack of 3D touch, and the display is an LCD instead of OLED. But overall, very good phone, especially for it’s price.

A gotta say I was a little skeptic in making this purchase as some comments I saw was a little discouraging like for example the phone has dings and so forth but it’s a used phone what do you expect. So for I’m happy with this purchase and if needs be I’ll definitely buy again.

This is a phone that is very useful and knows how to do the things I need. For such a low cost too. Honestly dont know why someone would change phones (unless to upgrade to a newer iphone).
