Bought this for my dad a while ago, got him the whole setup with a case and protector. He loves it, it’s his first iphone and it’s a crazy step up from the old androids he had been using. Super user friendly and for it to be a refurbished iphone it was in great condition. He’s had 0 complaint.

So far so good! Excellent condition. I always kind of hold my breath when buying a used product but I am very impressed with the phone. No scratches, no sign of wear. Also happy with the X R.

This was purchased for gifting purpose for school kid and he likes it very much. So it is reliable to buy iphone from Bestbuy. To encourage RRR(reduce, reuse, recycle) electronic products to save the earth.

It worked good. No complaints. It sometimes lags but I know it’s old so that’s expected

I had a IPhone that I bought new in 2016. I hate spending so much money on a phone. Especially since they cost about $34 to make or so I have been told. This phone does everything I need . I never thought I would buy an out of the box phone , but this one is great. I may never buy a new phone again

Works just fine, better than my 6S!!! haha. Obviously I wish I had the headphone jack and I've been struggling to find the correct adapter to use with the aux cord in my card but other than that the phone itself has been a nice upgrade.

Amazing quality especially since it’s not a current phone. I needed one asap and i got exactly what i needed. It works amazing and has no problems what so ever

This phone arrived in great shape with no visible scratches or dings, which I was worried about as this was a gift. My complaint is that the battery life is poor, which I guess is to be expected on older phones, but this wasn’t cheap so I expect it to last a long time.

I like the size and look of the phone. It is easy to hold onto.

This is the way I go for the iPhones. I used to need one for work and email, etc. now that I’m retired, I usually only need it for talking. I do opt for newer models than my current one to upgrade the camera. This 11XR is all I need at the moment. When it shows signs of malfunction, I’ll get another refurbished newer version.

Works just fine, bought for my young daughter who wanted a phone for Christmas. Phone is unlocked and we just bought a prepaid SIM card to put in phone so she can use it. Works great.
