I do all my work on this device; when it came time to replace it, I went for the refurbished device. I saved myself tons of time and money!! All the operational functionality I need for work at a FRACTION of the cost of a new device! Got back up and running for work and didn't need a second mortgage to do it!!

Great Value. I was in and out quickly. Phone was in excellent condition. No more new phone and debt.

Bought for my niece as she was begging for an iPhone because she's entering high school and didn't want an android anymore, *eye roll* teenagers lol Packaging was a little suspicious and a little more sturdy packaging would have been great, other than that phone came in pristine condition, had a problem with the sim card, but that got resolved easily with mobile carrier.

Used to be an amazing phone back in the day but its just too slow for everyday use now. It has too little storage too. Regardless of what people might tell you this will freeze up in everyday use and be slow, especially if you have very little storage left.

Everything functions on this phone but the included battery is at 88% so they left the original battery in it instead of it being completely Refurbished. That's the only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars. Refurbished to me means that everything Worn should be replaced but overall, Im happy with it....

This phone came just as brand new. Works really well and my son love it. No scratches at all.

It’s been more than 6 months! Still works, exactly how described. I bought It for my dad he didn’t really need the memory storage but it’s always good he has it.

Condition of this product is nearly flawless it almost looks like it came out of the box brand new with just some minor cosmetic blemishes. The device works perfectly! I had no troubles switching my SIM card into the phone and was able to start up using it right away

Excellent phone. I had one previously that’s why I purchased this one. it is a little slower than the old one I had. Maybe because it’s refurbished. Battery does not last very long.

My older phone had suddenly blacked out on me & I couldn’t afford to wait on another phone to be shipped to me. Best Buy came in clutch! My XR works like it’s brand new and I haven’t had any problems with it thus far. The price was reasonable to me as well.

Mom needed a full upgrade on her old dusty phone. The iPhone was the best choice to keep her and all her children connected in the Apple Eco System. She loves it and has said lately how much the iPhone is easier to use.

Does exactly what it needs to with all the snappiness expected from iPhones. This was actually a downgrade from a previous iPhone that was lost, but there's really no noticable difference in performance since it isn't being used to play graphically intensive games... just a solid iPhone.
