Great condition for it being an unlocked phone. I would consider it again.

We purchased this phone for my son. He loves it. The transaction was clean smooth and the phone was in excellent refurbished condition.

I was have a serious chronic illness, and my phone suddenly died so I went to Best Buy because I trusted them and I explained my situation and I was advised to get a refurbished phone it was $60 an iPhone XR and I could retrieve crucial information from the dead phone. And it had a 90 day warranty Great! So I ThoughIt it froze up a few times but I thought it’s okay Im downloading my contacts and information ( that was in the First 2 weeks) and I am not iPhone or tech savvy, at 30 days I new the iPhone I purchased was in bad shape. It kept freezing up sometime for a half hour to an hour before it would let me back in so it was literally doing exactly what my old phone was doing right before it died permanently and so I called Best Buy and about coming in and hopefully trading it in for a different one of their refurbished phones and was told that oh no no no you wanna get your money back and do the trade thing in the first 14 Days after 14 days they’ll fix it but I couldn’t get my other iPhone fixed. It was dead and they’re not gonna be able to fix this one either or maybe kind of crank it up a little bit for maybe 90 days and then I would be in the same place I was at when I came in to get this phone so great and I didn’t have two $300 to buy another refurbished phone but what really upset me was that I explained to the salesman in great detail that I have a chronic disease and that if I had to be able to call for help I was sent home on hospice on 1515 that’s 15 L of oxygen on and was told I was going to die. this was the fifth time that I almost died but no the last five times I did die and managed to come back but the first five times I was in my 30s. I’m now 62 years old so you know I desperately need a phone and yet salesman did not even think to tell me that if I had to I needed to replace the phone I needed to do it within the first 14 days so I am no longer I no longer have Best Buy under trusted stores or trusted people so thanks a lot Best Buy

The phone is good but was pricey considering it only had 64gb I also noticed my signal randomly goes in and out in places that my other iPhone wouldn’t & sometimes it freezes when I try to screenshot, but It will do for an emergency phone.

nice phone, my son needed anew one as the old one would not charge anymore, it was INCREDIBLY HARD !!!!!!! to get someone to actually SELL us a phone, Finally the manager of the department stepped in to do it.

Phone was pre owned only worked for a month or two. Not worth the purchase was very disappointed. Display, Camera, and Battery have nothing to do with the phone working as a phone that can call out. The sim was new and this phone was not functioning, and I think they knew it wasn't going to work but didn't care. At this point it's moving bad merchandise. If you get a phone to work as a phone and it can't call anyone then it's useless.
