Enjoying my new phone. Getting use to all my new system. I just loved the service my tec guy was excellent.

This phone works perfectly fine and no cracks or scratches or dents and for just a great price

Phone was significantly scratched and absolutely filthy. Definitely not what I was expecting when I could have purchased a reconditioned phone from Apple directly or any number of other vendors. On top of this Best Buy will charge a restocking fee even for "refurbished" items. Was told there was no restocking fee before I ordered for open box and refurbished items (that is not true or at least not applied consistently). Complaint to the Best Buy fell upon deaf ears. This is obviously not an isolated incidence based on past reviews, which I admit I should have paid more attention to, but figured I could make a return assuming these were isolated issues. Would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that has a much better policy.

Bought for my dad to use as a Ipod. He enjoys it and connecting it to a music plan allows him to listen to his favorite music when he wants. It came in great condition with good battery life remaining. Honestly if you dont mind a slightly older phone it would be a great purchase as an upgrade.

We recently purchased this phone for our son's birthday present. The experience was great, service was great, but at no time were we told that the phone was a refurbished phone when we were at the store. All in all, the phone works fine and my son loves it. just a little disappointing when you think you purchased a new phone.
