This phone is an ok phone it's slow at times but for the most part a very good iPhone it's my daughter 1st iPhone so it works just fine for her

good iphone it acts slow sometimes but evrything else good

Maybe other people will have better luck than me… To begin with the first phone had a battery life of 85% I bought this phone and had problems right away. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement phone right away. I received the second phone and had a very hard time getting it activated…finally after a couple hours, it was hooked up. Then…more problems! This phone had a 80% battery life. Needless to say I was able to buy a BRAND NEW iPhone XR else where for only 10 more. I would definitely pass on the used XR since there are too many XR’s with a whole lot of the same microphone problems.

My husband's phone works good the ear piece is a little hard to hear from but overall a good phone for someone who breaks their phones all the time

The phone came on time and packaged nicely. i’ve had it for a little over 5 months and I haven’t had any problems! i’m pretty sure mine is refurbished, so i was worried it would break after a few weeks but it didn’t :) it came in perfect condition (no scratches or dents or cracks) if something else happens i’ll update my review :) i wanted to add a note about why i rated the battery life a 4. the battery lasts significantly longer than my old phone did. but the battery health is only around 86% i think. but a full charge will still last me over a day.
