Best Buy is forever the best love it it’s very nice to shop

Came thru looked new came on yhr day expected. Tje geek squad helped us place the order took time answwimg questions . Best buy crystal lake never does us wrong .

A few hiccups here and there connecting to Bluetooth but overall does everything she needs.

Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because the charger is not an official Apple charger and I’ve heard sometimes software upgrades will make unofficial chargers quit working. We’ll see.

Phone was pre owned only worked for a month or two. Not worth the purchase was very disappointed. Display, Camera, and Battery have nothing to do with the phone working as a phone that can call out. The sim was new and this phone was not functioning, and I think they knew it wasn't going to work but didn't care. At this point it's moving bad merchandise. If you get a phone to work as a phone and it can't call anyone then it's useless.

Darned nice phone. The body is very slippery. I recomend a cover.

I recently started having problems with my I phone 7+ so I purchased a reconditioned 10r and so far it’s been quite an upgrade. I would recommend a reconditioned iPhone to anyone looking to upgrade and not spend a fortune.

Solid phone. It does pretty much everything the new iphones do and cost about 1/3 the price. The screen looks great and the battery life is good.

My wife bought this phone pre-owned and was a bit weary, but she has had it for two plus years and it’s still going strong. Had 100% battery life when received!

Works as it should. Backed with a return policy and warranty. Why would any one buy from a private party they do not know. This phone came with a reputation backed by Best Buy!

I bought it as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend to be able to use the face tracking for his live streams. Cant tell you about anything else but it works for what we wanted it for

The speaker for when making a call is so low , i dont know if just got a bad phone but other than that its great

I didn’t expect it to be very clean and looks like a new phone from a box. The only thing that it came without its original box, but who cares if it’s clean as such. My daughter is very happy with her phone.

Good staff great customer service and easy and fast transactions

The phone was great but had trouble setting it up. It locked up with apple flashing on it. Send it back for a refund the same day I got it.

For the price of this phone I can say that you get what you pay for. It’s not bad but it’s not great either. There are definitely some scratch marks on the back and the battery was only 71% overall health.

Nice thin phone. Of course anything from Apple is great. Pairs up with my I-watch perfectly.

Battery was good and the phone works as if it's new. Only thing is it was scratched up.
