it was not in an Iphone box or anything, simply in the plastic box with the basic iphone charger to come along with it.

This is a great phone that more than meets my needs but all cell phones in general have become way too expensive.

Both speakers bottom and on top sound like they have water damage and took back and they told me its because thry repair them with non apple branded parts. If tou care about audio quality dont buy this. The guy even turned on another one for me and it sounded the exact same yet the battery health of these refurbished phones are 70-90% so theyre trying to convince me that they just out of the blue put new speakers in when they refurbish them lol? But not a new battery. I think all these used phones they sell have water damage and thats the issue.

The battery does not hold a charge, the phone overheats very fast, and the phone moves very slow. I paid almost $300 for this crappy phone. The least Best Buy can do is make sure the battery holds a charge. Never buying used products from Best Buy again. Waste of my money.
