    This phone over heats terribly! Doesn’t holds a charge. Purchased it and begin using it in October 17 . No longer returnable.

    I was waiting to review because I have serious issues with it from the day I got it. I just think buying refurbished anything is now a huge mistake. This was a problem from the begining and I was told to reset it as I needed a phone I found i needed to reset it constantly. till within three weeks it played out. I would not again recommend buying a refurbished phone ever after this experience, However I am dealing with corporate to see if they can refund or do something other than fix this phone. I feel it was not properly examined when someone traded it in.
