I liked it and great price for a unlocked phone i would say

Do not buy!!!! My phone didn’t last long .. the battery would over heat till my phone wouldn’t work. Had phone not even two months and had to get a new phone!

Phone had problem with screen after warranty expired

I previously purchased my current cell phone (pre-owned) at a different Company and it arrived looking brand new. The battery life was great and still is and the phone still works fine. However, I recently decided I wanted to switch to an iphone so i purchased this preowned iphone from BestBuy without hesitation because if my previous ecperience with getting a preowned phone. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. The phone arrived packaged in a very crumpled, very used-looking box. Not sealed. I was stunned by the appearance of this phone. It looked dirty, had several scratches and just looked extremely used. You could even see the earwax buildup in the tiny holes of the ear-piece on the phone. It was disgusting. I immediately placed it back in the box and washed my hands. I returned it to Bestbuy. I still cannot believe Bestbuy would ship a phone in this condition to customers. Horrible experience. Never again.

The iphone was in perfect condition. It had all the accessiors needed to make it great transaction. Thank you Best Buy.

Refurbished says "minor cosmetic damage" but it was to the screen...a scrape that looked like a screw was dragged across the glass. Returned.

Kids love their new iPhone. They don't even realize they are refurbished. We got 6 of them. One in each color

would not buy had battery issues and it seems as quality control on these used products Does not seem to be even across the board.i would ask to have the product opened in front of you if buying in store to see the quality.

decided to purchase reconditioned and was a little worried but the device arrived and looks flawless!

I needed a reasonably priced phone and this totally fit the bill. It arrived in great condition and surpassed my expectations!

I was waiting for a week to delivery this BUT the phone didn't work, When I turned on the phone, suddenly stopped the screen and program. Didn't fix anything?? Beside the phone exterior condition, so annoying and wasting time.

the screen has scratches on it I know it is manufactured but still disappointing
