Cross fingers on refurbished. May not work

Bought as refurbished. Quality control did not follow through. Phone speaker didn’t work on phone so had to return. Waste of time to do all the transferring then have to delete and return. I feel like I lost money and time. Best Buy Store offered little help except to transfer back to old phone.

Refurbished unlocked phone

The phone didn’t work and then when I returned it, I was told that there was a $45 “restocking fee” on a phone that didn’t even work. I will not be buying anything from Best Buy again.

Not worth it

I asked to cancel it the first day and they wouldn’t let me. The phone is super slow and picture quality is poor, but a phone is a phone. Maybe I’ll switch to Samsung in the future.
