Great phone! It’s the perfect size for me and has great battery life.

After a month of use phone works great no issues battery life is excellent compared to my other phone.

It was easy to pay online and pick up in the store, the phone came in a box and even came with a charger for the phone.

Apple will not help you when phone has issues. Had battery and screen issues, sent five times. Then when screen popped off screen from removing case apple was going to charge me for repair due to physical damage even though the phone was only week old after replaced the fourth time and took off case only to have it looked at in visit with geek squad.

Defective the black screen had red on in the background like it was never properly repaired. Then it started over heating and won’t take a charge

Phone is great , but charger that came with it was broke within first week

Just glitches here and there but besides that it’s a good working phone

I get it is a pre owned phone but the screen is all messed up and my phone vibrates really bad and loud. I have never had this issue with an iPhone before ever….

I was wondering if this phone allows carriers like Verizon and Sprint? Has anyone had any experience with a really bad phone?

Was sold an iPhone with an old battery that is only at 80% even though I was assured via chat that the phone would come with a new battery before I purchased it.

Horrible battery life, scratches, mic or speak won't work.. BestBuy said they are not certifying these and are receiving them from 3rd party vendor. Won't buy refurbished again. $45 restocking fee!!

Not cleaned, I have to get it cleaned. Speaker and microphone sounds muffled. Took it to cell phone repair place to have it cleaned! Cost $63.00 more to hear the phone without putting it on speaker.

I’m not happy with this phone. The speaker is unclear. And the return free is $45 . They sell the phone, but they have to check everything good before they sell to customers. And then, the phone has issue and If I want to return I have to pay for the fee. Seriously?

Phone received was not up to standards. Call audio was muffled and unacceptable. Credit to customer service, who assisted with return and waived the restocking fee as phone was defective.

Works but is not complete compatibility with others phones I have to call Apple and they try to charge too for the help

The charger keeps slipping out while charging it has to be placed in one spot to really charge
