The phone runs very well and nothing seems amiss with the actually technology. I decided to rate 4 stars instead of 5 due to the minor scratches on the screen and back of the phone. The scratches on the screen were barely visible, but it made it difficult to use the screen without my finger dragging. Luckily a screen protector solved the issue. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

Used to be an amazing phone back in the day but its just too slow for everyday use now. It has too little storage too. Regardless of what people might tell you this will freeze up in everyday use and be slow, especially if you have very little storage left.

One of the best purchases I've made. When I received the phone it was in pristine condition, and it is working wonderfully. It is definitely a must buy at Best Buy.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift and it arrived fairly quickly, picked it up from the store instead of delivery to my home to ensure that if it did have problems I could solve them when I was there in person. Luckily after inspection it was in near perfect condition, just a rough couple edges of the phone which I wasn't worried about since there would be a case on the phone anyway. All in all great purchase, easy and quick transaction and still no problems with the after about 6 months!.

The device was in excellent cosmetic condition. I brought it for my daughter for graduation, and she loves it. I didn't have any issues getting it activated.

Picked this up because I needed a phone immediately. And now I’m obsessed. If you’re more into the sleek, elegant design of things, especially compared to the more bulky design iPhones have over the last few years, this phone is perfect for you. Be aware, it is slippery. Like, weirdly. You can’t really rest it against a blanket in “just the right spot” to watch your shows. It will most like slip, even on a grippy leather course. But, I still love it so much. Mine has some cracks now after some use and when this things breaks on me, I intend of getting an exact replica all over again. No matter how old the phone is, this was Apples best design in my opinion. This phone makes me feel successful when it’s in my hands.

The phone works great, doesn’t glitch or anything and is great for the price. The only complaint I’d have is that since it’s pre owned the battery will be at a lower life capacity than it would be if it was brand new. So I’ll have to get it changed out at some point but other than that it’s a great phone!

Great phone for it’s Bucks got it for my teenage son and it’s running fine.

Phone works great, only had a slight like smudge/scratch on top of screen. Was able to connect to my carrier service very easy. Able to use multiple apps at same time with no issues, reaction time is excellent, no lag. Only issue is the battery, it takes like almost 2 hrs to charge and that’s when you are not using the phone.

For being a refurbished unit it is quite good. Only downsides are that the unit I received was very dirty and that the battery only has 80% capacity left in it. However these (for me) are not deal breakers as a Clorox wipe can be used to clean it well and battery replacements from Best Buy are only $50. If you are on a budget and want an iPhone, I highly suggest getting this.

Phone came in Excellent condition. Great battery life. No scratches or cosmetic problems at all. Delivery was less then a week.

This is a beautiful phone—looks brand new to me, even though it has been refurbished. My former phone was a 6S with 16G memory. This one has 8 times the amount of memory storage. Really simplifies taking and storing photos and videos. I had to do a lot of downloading and erasing with the other one. Even though this is an iPhone, it has similar functionality as the older one—in other words, I don’t need to go to class to figure out how to operate it! I am pleased with the price and with the quality of this New (to me) phone!

I finally let my kids & others talk me into an IPhone. Still learning where things are and what to and not to do on the phone, but the purchase from Best Buy was at least a good start toward a relatively painless conversion to apple. The refurbished phone was as described, delivery was on time, and the price was definitely right. I have progressed to the point that I can now recommend IPhone and the service and great customer service at Best Buy is definitely to be recommended.

I love the look, takes great pictures, easy for an older person to use and see the letters. Now my grandchildren tell me that I’m up to date with my phone, lol
