Fantastic choice of store to buy. Staffs are very accommodating. I'm really pleased with the phone it is just like new, and the price is so competitive. This unit is my first iphone and planning to buy a new unit in the same store in the near future.

Received the phone within 2 days of ordering, and the phone is in great working condition, no problems thus far (i have only had it for a day). Only problems i’ll point out is the fact that the box it came in was dented, and there was a scratch on the screen that i thought had damaged the LCD, but turned out to only be somewhat superficial. Slight scratches around the phone, but nothing that bothers me (personally). The only major issue i have is that the battery life is at 81%, which is below ideal, so i’m going to get the battery replaced when i can. Otherwise, great phone so far.

The condition of the phone was very good when we took it out of the box and it worked like it was brand new and haven’t had an issue with it since we purchased.

The phone was in very good condition. The only issue is that the battery capacity has degraded to 78% and will not reach at least 80% as advertised. Screen perfect, case perfect.

Phone is in good condition as far as no physical defects. they say it disinfected, however the phone came visibly dirt all in ports and speakers. I was shock by this. The phone should have went through a better cleaning process. Cleaning – removes dirt, dust and other soils from surfaces. Sanitizing – removes bacteria from surfaces. Disinfecting – kills harmful bacteria and viruses from surfaces. Sterilizing – kills all microorganisms from surfaces.

I purchased this phone to replace my old one, I was so surprised how well this worked despite being a few years old! I love the iphone XR and use it everyday. If your looking for a cheap iphone replacement this is your best bet.

I have had this iPhone for a little over 2 years and it works perfectly fine I have had no issues with the phone at all. Best Buy also gave me the best customer service I have ever had from a phone place since I have moved to Indiana.

The phone, I believe was an open box phone. It was in excellent condition when purchased; no scratches were noticed. The phone was purchased for my 13 year old son. He has no complaints and has not informed me of any problems as of yet

This was a replacement phone and it looks brand new and works like a new phone, with no signs of wear. Would buy from BB again. Much better than taking a chance with some random website. It has a nice camera, the battery life is really good.

I’ve been using the iPhone XR for a while now, and honestly? It still feels like a great phone, even years after its release. First off, the design is simple but classy. The screen is bright, colorful, and big enough for videos, reading, and scrolling — even though it’s not OLED, you really don’t miss it unless you’re picky. The Face ID is fast and reliable, and I’ve had zero issues unlocking the phone in all kinds of lighting. Performance-wise, it runs super smooth. Apps open quickly, multitasking is no problem, and iOS updates still come regularly, which keeps everything fresh and secure. Battery life? Way better than I expected — it easily gets me through the day with some to spare. The camera may not have all the new bells and whistles, but it still takes really nice photos, especially in daylight. Portrait mode is fun and looks clean. If you’re not chasing the absolute newest model and just want a solid, reliable iPhone that still does everything you need — the XR is a total win. It’s cheaper now, too, which makes it even more appealing.
