No scratches, still basically new. Works great, I definitely recommend!

I like the size and look of the phone. It is easy to hold onto.

Works just fine, better than my 6S!!! haha. Obviously I wish I had the headphone jack and I've been struggling to find the correct adapter to use with the aux cord in my card but other than that the phone itself has been a nice upgrade.

Good service in store and the phone is perfect for an used phone.

I do all my work on this device; when it came time to replace it, I went for the refurbished device. I saved myself tons of time and money!! All the operational functionality I need for work at a FRACTION of the cost of a new device! Got back up and running for work and didn't need a second mortgage to do it!!

Works just fine, bought for my young daughter who wanted a phone for Christmas. Phone is unlocked and we just bought a prepaid SIM card to put in phone so she can use it. Works great.

This phone arrived in great shape with no visible scratches or dings, which I was worried about as this was a gift. My complaint is that the battery life is poor, which I guess is to be expected on older phones, but this wasn’t cheap so I expect it to last a long time.

I’ve had this phone for a while now. It has been a great phone, lots of storage, great pictures, easy to use.

Bought for my niece as she was begging for an iPhone because she's entering high school and didn't want an android anymore, *eye roll* teenagers lol Packaging was a little suspicious and a little more sturdy packaging would have been great, other than that phone came in pristine condition, had a problem with the sim card, but that got resolved easily with mobile carrier.

Condition of this product is nearly flawless it almost looks like it came out of the box brand new with just some minor cosmetic blemishes. The device works perfectly! I had no troubles switching my SIM card into the phone and was able to start up using it right away

Mom needed a full upgrade on her old dusty phone. The iPhone was the best choice to keep her and all her children connected in the Apple Eco System. She loves it and has said lately how much the iPhone is easier to use.

My older phone had suddenly blacked out on me & I couldn’t afford to wait on another phone to be shipped to me. Best Buy came in clutch! My XR works like it’s brand new and I haven’t had any problems with it thus far. The price was reasonable to me as well.
