I was surprised at the flaws in the appearance of the refurbished phone. I knew that refurbished phones could possibly have visible defects, but wasn't expecting what I received. I ordered the red, and there are several chips out of the red coating, showing the silver color underneath. The mute button has a chunk of out it. There are a few scratches on the glass screen, which causes the screen protector to bubble in those areas. The charger that was included is aftermarket - not Apple. The phone works though, which is the main reason I'm giving 3 stars, rather than returning the phone.

The phone is great. Showed up on time & looked brand new. Easy as my old one to use. I love the color, I was nervous to purchase a yellow phone without actually seeing the color. Yellow is one of those colors that's either really great or horrible. Although this is an upgrade from my 7 & I didn't want to spend a ton of money on the upgrade, I should have went with the 11, not because this phone isn't great because it is, but for the fact that the 11 camera seems even more upgraded.

iPhones ere in short supply, so I purchased a refurbished model. Because my previous phone was missing i had to start over in terms of transfer of data, etc. A little challenging, but now the phone is working well and i am pleased with the purchase

I bought for my niece to as an upgrade from her iphone 6 after she managed to shatter both sides of her phone. It arrived a day early so I was happy about that. Took the phone to get turned on and everything checked out fine. It had a slight scratch on it but that wasn't a problem, my niece is no doubt going to do worse damages in the future.

Phone was very clean and neatly packaged. Charger was included. It was easy to set up and worked as expected. The next day I purchased another one for my daughter's birthday.

I love it, I bought two of these phones for my children, I didn't want anything expensive, but I was looking for a little quality. We loved it, it came in perfect condition and 7 months later it is still perfect

I like it it’s in really good price and good condition.

The product was found on excellent condition. The battery is great with 91 percent maximum capacity. The glass and whole body has no defects or minor scratches on it. I was just disappointed to get a different brand of charger. The charger is new, but, having the same brand is more perfect. This 256 gb XR is rare now, you can’t find this on apple store anymore.

My previous XR phone was stolen at an airport. Since this phone is not made anymore I purchased a pre-owned and certified XR. Everything works well. I couldn’t be happier. Many kudos to the Best Buy Gilroy CA salesperson Cali who helped me.

The screen has a shadow inside, but since I bought it only for work I didn't give it any importance.
