HOW come it was SO HARD to buy a phone

And the camera quality is not great. I have the same phone (this one is my daughter’s) and my camera is much better.

I'm getting used to the phone and love its features like a large screen. There's no home button, and I had to buy an adapter to be able to use my headset. Other than those 2, I save $100 buying a refurbished, like new phone.
