I’m not happy I can’t purchase any type of warranty or care package but others the phone is nice.

My Ipone Xr came in great cosmetic condition with a few scratches to the side and camera however one of the base speakers aint working that is the only disappointment for me ; and lastly the battery capacity is a 80% .

The phone came in great condition but the battery life is at 82% which is not good. My phone does not last it goes from 98% charged to 60% in less than 30 minutes of basic use. Be wary if your buying in person check that before purchase. This is the reason i get a newer model from Iphone 7 bcs I have to use the phone for work and needed a battery that can last a few hours before needing to charge.

The phone was in excellent condition. Not a blemish or mark on it. Good battery life and easily loaded the latest IOS an$ easily transferred the older I-phones data.

For a refurbished phone this thing was in brand new condition. Not a scratch or blemish. Activated and working fine. It was a gift, she loves the red back

I actually purchased 4 refurbished iPhone XR (128 GB) - (2) Coral; (1) Blue; (1) Red. Two were for my children to use as “iPods”, no line assigned to them. The other two were for my parents who finally upgraded from the iPhone SE (original). All arrived in pristine condition. Battery life excellent on all of them - 100%. My dad’s phone had a really small superficial scratch on the screen but you really had to look for it. I outfitted them all with glass screen protectors as well as camera lens protectors. All devices were confirmed to be unlocked. Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock “No SIM restrictions”. Saved a bit of money!!! No activation fee since I just transferred SIM cards from parents’ SE into XR. NOTE: This was done since both devices are 4 LTE. 5G phones need an updated SIM card (e.g. My wife going from iPhone 8 to iPhone 12 Pro Max). Nothing wrong with buying refurbished. But you should buy from reputable companies. I definitely will buy future phones this way. No need for the latest model.

Very good price for what I received and is very reliable whenever I need it the most.

Was nervouse buying a preowned phone, but have purchased a macbook pro before with Bestbuy and both have worked perfectly! Would definitely recommend this option if someone cannot spend money on a new item. Bestbuy does a great job checking to make sure preowned items are in great condition.

So far so good in good condition and exactly what they said it would be and look great technology everything sounds great I appreciate the honesty in the actual advertising

To be totally honest i was a bit skeptical at first but was surprised at the quality and maintenance of the phone no issues at all! My daughter loves it ! Great revfor a great product!!

Purchased this phone as an upgrade to my little sister who had an iphone7 and it was already too slow for her. This iPhone model is perfect in 2022 for a 7th grader. Perfect size, better price than a brand new iPhone and the still runs at reliable speed!

This phone I ordered was for my kids I have not had one problem with neither of them I will keep purchasing more
