Phone came in a serviceable condition and so far, so good. I have no complaints.

I accidentally broke my phone, I got this one for emergency, and it works like new. It’s been a year now since I bought it and I’ve had no problems at all.

Phone is in good condition, but I am giving it a 4 star rating because I recived it after a couple of days of the promised date.

I was hesitant to buy a used phone and was shocked at its condition. It looked brand new and works perfectly. It wasn’t in the original box but was packed well and came with the cords.

Not satisfied. How come people have the audacity to sell this in higher price but with a trashy look? The battery is 93% Capacity which is bearable but the scratches and the damage of the phone physically is something unacceptable. There’s a lot of scratches and it so disappointing how come best buy doesn’t even check the sellers selling items first if it’s really fits for the price and the consumer? Is there a reasonable and good system with the situation like this? They let this kind of seller, sell almost junk products. There must be a rule specially on an item like this. Of course it was pre owned, but it doesn’t mean that it should look like a junk. I feel so bad that I even think that the seller doesn’t even have the words respect for selling an item like this in a higher price. I got mine in white, 128gb for $449, you might say the price is Good for the gb itself but when u see the actual phone I can’t even lied to myself on how disappointing it was for me ;((( I am planning to return mine after using it for like a couple minutes since I want to check how it will work for me cuz I want to give it a second chance but I was wrong, it is easier to get hot even for the first 3 minutes I was using it, maybe from the USPS truck when they shipped it since the phone is hot when I touched it then I returned it to the box after a couple of minutes using it. (Also the phone has a stinky smell on it. )After I returned it in there store I think I might just gonna buy a new one for 64 GB or the iPhone 11.

Phone was in good condition, the battery only charged to 90 percent but that's not bad for a refurbished phone. Overall a good deal.
