    The phone I bought was so disgusting and scretched and I ended up trading it in with T-mobile and paying an extra $500 just to have a phone that didnt make me want to throw up.

    Phone goes to blank Lock Screen mid call & will not come out of it til the call is over. Y’all need to test all aspects before selling these!

    Horrible, it was nasty dirty , broken , scratch , worse than my son’s iPhone . I thought they where gonna do a better job on refurbishing the iPhone . Worse experience .

    Buying this product from Best Buy was a $475 mistake. They refuse to cooperate in providing their record of purchase to Apple, which is needed to access the phone which has been damaged and locked. I will never spend a single dollar with Best Buy again.

    This is the second iPhone I’ve purchased and they both have the same problem. The volume doesn’t work and now I have to go into the store and hope the geek squad can fix it! They should really check the phones before reselling them.

    First attempt, the camera didn’t work. Returned it and ordered another one and it had to be shipped to me. Once it was shipped, it was completely scratched up. I was also charged a restock fee for the first iPhone with the broken camera
