    Phone looked brand new and set up wa so a breeze. Performed flawlessly until recently when it developed Safari issues…redirects…went to a different browser. But still having issues.

    Glad we found out that they sell refurbished phones, needed one in a pinch, didn't want to wait for websites that have to mail and didn't want to buy a brand new phone, the call center employee made sure that phone was there before we headed there and the employee was very helpful. Fast service. All around good experience.
