Battery hot after one week like its not even new would like to get something better not worth the price

This device is very strange. It looks normal but when I use it for a while, the Apps will switch automatically without any touch on the screen. It becomes annoying because I cannot keep on the App I am working on. It is also dangerous when I am driving and using the Google map. The screen changes to other Apps by itself and I was lost on the road. I use it out of U.S. as it is unlocked and going to return it when I am back.

It’s a phone it works perfectly such an upgrade from the previous phone I had.

The phone works great, but there were micro scratches all over the screen. I understand the phone was used, but I would think the screen would be replaced during the refurbishing process.

Bought a unlocked phone with (cosmetic) issues scratches on side I’m fine with the messed up speaker though are NOT cosmetic and when you try to return it sends you to 6 different websites that don’t let you return Great

Nice phone works well also a gift. They had been using androids forever and the switch over wasnt to complicated so they have been happy woth the phone so far they do jave good batyery life and cameras other than that its really juat a phone

I had this phone for 2 weeks and the following issues arose, this refurbished phone will not hold a charge. It gets to 60% and stops charging. The battery dies within a couple hours also the glass fell out and I had to pay a 3rd party to replace the glass. I let Best Buy know about this and they said I would have to go to geek squad and refurbish phones have no warranty or guarantee.
