    The phone looks great but the battery capacity is 80% and it takes a lot longer than usual to charge, tends to run out of battery much faster, Besides that it’s fine.

    Phone died two weeks after the 90 day warranty ended. Got stuck in a boot loop and would not do anything. We took it to Geek Squad and they could do nothing for us. 100% dissatisfied with the phone and the experience. I'm out with money for this phone and still had to get a new one. Lesson learned, don't buy a refurb phone without an extended warranty.

    Sound quality is average. No 1/8" phone jack. Chip at the bottom of the face plate. Swipe up has a knock. Not thrilled by this phone.

    I had no issues with the used packaging. I was happy that it came with a charging cable and brick. The part I was disappointed with was the condition of the phone itself. The camera casing was clearly damaged. Pre-owned is one thing, a damaged casing is another. Wasn't really happy. When you purchase pre-owed from other vendors, they give you a quality rating. It would have been nice to have that. I would have paid additional to have a device in better condition.
