I was surprised at the flaws in the appearance of the refurbished phone. I knew that refurbished phones could possibly have visible defects, but wasn't expecting what I received. I ordered the red, and there are several chips out of the red coating, showing the silver color underneath. The mute button has a chunk of out it. There are a few scratches on the glass screen, which causes the screen protector to bubble in those areas. The charger that was included is aftermarket - not Apple. The phone works though, which is the main reason I'm giving 3 stars, rather than returning the phone.

I bought this phone for my son and it works great.

My previous XR phone was stolen at an airport. Since this phone is not made anymore I purchased a pre-owned and certified XR. Everything works well. I couldn’t be happier. Many kudos to the Best Buy Gilroy CA salesperson Cali who helped me.

My iPhone is good one it’s not look like I bought the refurbished, it’s feel like new.

Was exactly what I hoped for, no damage to the phone whatsoever. I needed something last minute and I came across this great deal, although I’ve never bought a used phone through Best Buy it was indeed a great purchase and choice.

I bought for my niece to as an upgrade from her iphone 6 after she managed to shatter both sides of her phone. It arrived a day early so I was happy about that. Took the phone to get turned on and everything checked out fine. It had a slight scratch on it but that wasn't a problem, my niece is no doubt going to do worse damages in the future.

My Ipone Xr came in great cosmetic condition with a few scratches to the side and camera however one of the base speakers aint working that is the only disappointment for me ; and lastly the battery capacity is a 80% .

Amazing purchase! This was bought as a replacement phone for my mom's broken phone. It works beautifully! It was going to cost us $600 to get her old phone fixed. This phone was the perfect solution.

Needed an upgrade since the microphone on my 7 Plus went out. So far the phone is working nicely. I'm loving the battery and camera. My cellphone signal is also better. Hopefully, it lasts as long as my 7 Plus did

My son's mother needed a replacement iPhone quickly, because she broke hers while out of the country. This one suited the purpose and was gifted to her oldest son for Christmas 2023.
