My little brother loves his new phone that we bought for his birthday, he couldn’t even really tell that it wasn’t like brand new from Apple so Best Buy did a great job refurbishing the phone

Great phone, i was nervous of the reviews saying others came with scratches but mine came perfect. the battery came with 87% capacity but i didn’t mind that. supper affordable for a refurbished phone.

My teenagers and I loved this version. It's lasted us many years. We're upgrading soon but this iphoneXR was really great! Survived many drops and few spills with their protective cases and screen protectors. Service was great even with TMobile. Upload and download speeds are great too!

I couldn’t tell if it was refurbished or new and it was in great condition and customer service was lovely made it fast and easy since the boys were in a rush. Took about 10 minutes.

iPhone doesn’t fail and this was a bargain. It does what it needs to do.

I’ve been very pleased with a “ used” phone. The battery, the camera are all perfect. I am concerned that very specific emails that I am used to getting automatically go to my junk. Is this an ATT problem?

Purchasing a pre-owned phone is a good way of saving money as opposed to buying a new phone. Have had no problems with this phone.
