Refurbished with more than "cosmetic" damage

I was Mislead by clerk

I immediately returned it. I would never buy a used phone. Especially as the price was the same as for a brand new iPhone. I lost my trust in Best Buy. So I bought a new iPhone elsewhere.

Didn't fix anything?? Beside the phone exterior condition, so annoying and wasting time.
