I returned it because I am not interested in this product and they charged the return value $35 very bad.

Great condition but terrible LCD

No cracks scratches or nothing, perfect. It wasn’t until I turned it on that I realized it has LCD screen issues. Most of the time my phone is u responsive and I’d have to long press just to tap something.

There were marks on the front. Also, it list charger and cable provides. These were not factory spec. Cheap knockoffs that unfortunately give the message to “not be supported”.

I am sure who ever refurbished this phone knew the speaker sounded like it did whether you are using the hand held or the speaker the sound is still the same. I am very disappointed with my purchase
