Our son's old phone quit working. He is an iPhone fan all the way, so we looked for options that were a reasonable price, but also have everything he was looking for. Glad that Best Buy had a pre-owned XR. He is very satisfied with the phone, and I am glad to not have payments for the next two years :)

This iPhone XR was a pre-owned phone. It's an excellent shape and so far has worked very well. However I did try to do a price match because I found a cheaper one at a large competitor retail chain. Best buy would not honor the price match even though the two phones were exact and both were pre-owned. However that may be a problem being a pre-owned phone. Overall the phone itself is great

Purchased in-store and the phone was in near-mint condition with no visible scratches on either the front nor the back. What's better was the battery was replaced (with genuine Apple parts) and health was at 100%, which is great for a pre-owned three year old phone. The charger and cable were third party, but that is a very minor sidenote for a phone of this price and overall value.

Used to be an amazing phone back in the day but its just too slow for everyday use now. It has too little storage too. Regardless of what people might tell you this will freeze up in everyday use and be slow, especially if you have very little storage left.

Everything was good, it have some scratches, but the battery condition was a 78%, that although it was a used phone should be better to sell it.

I bought this phone for my teen son. He has been wanting this phone for a while and we are very satisfied. Screen had some hairline scratches and phone did come a little dirty. But nothing that will make me return it. So far so good.

The quality of this phone surprised me. Normally there's a risk in getting pre-owned iPhones, but it came with very good condition for the price. 91% battery health and about 1 or 2 minor scratches (nothing a case can't cover) and no software/hardware related issues. Definitely a good purchase.

We bought this used iPhone and it was good as new. For being so old, the camera quality was really good, the only difference to the new phones is the zoom and focus, but besides that, the images are really clear. The phone feels light and smooth.

My phone arrived a day early, but the packaging was poor and ripped up. The phone cosmetically on the outside looked perfect, but when I turned the phone on, there is a spot on the screen where the lcd had given out. This caused the touch feature of the screen to not work, right on the top row of the keyboard. I’m not sure if this happened in transit or the phone was like this before they sent it out, so I just bit the bullet and got the screen replaced myself.

Got it as a gift to my mom and she has loved every second of it
