Had been looking for a new iPhone, but didn't want to be on a contract with a carrier. The phone looks great and works perfectly! No major scratches, or minor scratches really. Maximum battery capacity is at 89%. The phone was completely unlocked and switching from my old iPhone to this one was easy. First I did the data transfer option, then I put the sim card from my old phone into this new one and it was complete. All of my contacts, texts, apps, photos, etc. were instantly onto the new iPhone. And I didn't have to change phone plans or anything.

No scratches or scuffs or any damage of any kind. The phone works perfectly. It was a gift for my wife. The generic cord and charging block was a very good quality one, not a dime store cheap one. Best Buy needs to come up with some type of protection plan for its members specially those of total tech and for all iPhone specially that of pre-owned.......
