    BestBuy should work with a better provider for these pre-owned iPhones, got one of these that I couldn't activate and the second one with a battery life that couldn't hold 5 hrs, besides the bad shape of the devices itself.

    The item I received was in like new condition. No scratches or scuffs or any damage of any kind. The phone works perfectly. It was a gift for my wife. The generic cord and charging block was a very good quality one, not a dime store cheap one. Wife is very happy with her new phone. Thank you.

    Phone came exactly as described. It was unlocked I put my SIM card in and it gave me no problems. Works perfect I love it. I also got the phone case from Best Buy as well!
