I was have a serious chronic illness, and my phone suddenly died so I went to Best Buy because I trusted them and I explained my situation and I was advised to get a refurbished phone it was $60 an iPhone XR and I could retrieve crucial information from the dead phone. And it had a 90 day warranty Great! So I ThoughIt it froze up a few times but I thought it’s okay Im downloading my contacts and information ( that was in the First 2 weeks) and I am not iPhone or tech savvy, at 30 days I new the iPhone I purchased was in bad shape. It kept freezing up sometime for a half hour to an hour before it would let me back in so it was literally doing exactly what my old phone was doing right before it died permanently and so I called Best Buy and about coming in and hopefully trading it in for a different one of their refurbished phones and was told that oh no no no you wanna get your money back and do the trade thing in the first 14 Days after 14 days they’ll fix it but I couldn’t get my other iPhone fixed. It was dead and they’re not gonna be able to fix this one either or maybe kind of crank it up a little bit for maybe 90 days and then I would be in the same place I was at when I came in to get this phone so great and I didn’t have two $300 to buy another refurbished phone but what really upset me was that I explained to the salesman in great detail that I have a chronic disease and that if I had to be able to call for help I was sent home on hospice on 1515 that’s 15 L of oxygen on and was told I was going to die. this was the fifth time that I almost died but no the last five times I did die and managed to come back but the first five times I was in my 30s. I’m now 62 years old so you know I desperately need a phone and yet salesman did not even think to tell me that if I had to I needed to replace the phone I needed to do it within the first 14 days so I am no longer I no longer have Best Buy under trusted stores or trusted people so thanks a lot Best Buy

Bought for my dad to use as a Ipod. He enjoys it and connecting it to a music plan allows him to listen to his favorite music when he wants. It came in great condition with good battery life remaining. Honestly if you dont mind a slightly older phone it would be a great purchase as an upgrade.

I have no complaints. I'm getting used to the phone and love its features like a large screen. There's no home button, and I had to buy an adapter to be able to use my headset. Other than those 2, I save $100 buying a refurbished, like new phone.

Pretty good for a refurbished iPhone. Brought it directly to a TMobile for a SIM card and was compatible with no major issues.

Little scratches on the screen, but nothing major. Its expected Of a certified pre owned. Works perfectly.

As coming from Android to Apple, it’s been very easy for me to change over. Transferring info from my old phone to this one was a breeze

The phone I received was good as new. I was looking to upgrade and my phone service had an outrageous price for an upgrade.
