Wasn't told it was refurbished

The experience was great, service was great, but at no time were we told that the phone was a refurbished phone when we were at the store. All in all, the phone works fine and my son loves it. just a little disappointing when you think you purchased a new phone.

Would hope it would be something that would be taken into consideration and brought to 100% before selling. Customer service was top notch at the Vineland store, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. I was ignorant to their closing hours being 7 pm and even though I walked in at 6:45 they still greeted me like it wasn’t last minute on a Friday night and was out the door in minutes.

It also does not come in an original apple box. It comes in a generic box with generic usb cable and square charger.

Great refurbished phone

Hesitant to buy refurbished but I’m very glad I did. The phone was in excellent shape, no cosmetic damage- looked as if it had never been used. Battery health was at 95%. All around great purchase.
