X to XR seamless transition

To the point where they step in before you make a critical decision with helpful pop-ups, in terminology that gets to the point. Zero learning curve required. It’s like having a specialist onboard.

DO NOT BUY refurbished phones from Best Buy

Definitely not what I was expecting when I could have purchased a reconditioned phone from Apple directly or any number of other vendors. On top of this Best Buy will charge a restocking fee even for "refurbished" items. Was told there was no restocking fee before I ordered for open box and refurbished items (that is not true or at least not applied consistently). Complaint to the Best Buy fell upon deaf ears. This is obviously not an isolated incidence based on past reviews, which I admit I should have paid more attention to, but figured I could make a return assuming these were isolated issues. Would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that has a much better policy.

The iphone xr was perfect. Swap ove sim card and bingo..in business. Dis covered later xr last year for sim cards.
