    From the start it never held a charge but a few hours. Now it is sticking ….I have an appt. to get it checked out by Best Buy…..but I will think twice about ordering from a refurbished phone.

    Hi anyone looking at this review I am very disappointed with this purchase and disappointed with Best Buy with this pre owned iPhone XR I paid over 400 dollars for this item used in 2021 and I could have bought it brand new for the same price and I didn’t research that and that’s my fault I thought Best Buy was superior and they would not have this poor quality item which should not have been no more than 200 dollars used they got me real good with this one scratches are all over the phone and it’s very slow and it won’t hold a charge for very long and it was filthy when I received it I could have went to the pawn shop if I wanted this quality shame on them

    Ordered online ship to store. Picked it up on the day it arrived, and it came a day earlier than expected. Phone works great, just like new. Was able to use a SIM card of my choice without any issues. It did have 2 little nice on the metal edge, but barely noticeable and doesn't affect anything.
