It’s was good overall. I had like 92 battery health.

Great phone but the screen does have burn in you can mostly see it when on black images or on dark mode only plus the camera lens ring is scratched. Brought it used because it’s my secondary iPhone but if it was my only phone I would of returned it but it works great just as fast as my iPhone 11

It’s only been a week of having this phone and it’s been great. It came fast enough since I had a working phone while I waited. There was not a mark on it from its previous use. It holds a charge unlike my 6s Plus. I’m loving this upgrade! I had a gift card and paid the extra for myself as my gift. I use my phone as my camera, video recorder and for work Zoom calls. Great gift!

Once my data was transferred it was an easy transition to this phone after using a 6S for 5 years. Love the new features this has to offer.

I bought this phone as a gift for my mom, I look at it and turn it on, so far seems too work perfectly fine

To be honest I was hesitant at first about buying this phone but I’m glad I did! My old phone was all busted and broken that I needed one ASAP and this one was perfect! I got the yellow one because it was my favorite color and it was in the best condition. The battery life was at 100%. It came with a little bit of scratches but it wasn’t noticeable because a case went on them anyways and you really have to examine it in order to see them. Other than that, totally recommend (:

The phone was working great until a few months down the road, it turned off and hadn’t turned since. I’ve tried hard resetting the device and everything but unfortunately it still not working

Awesome phone and so happy to have a battery that actually last longer than a half hour

Phone died two weeks after the 90 day warranty ended. Got stuck in a boot loop and would not do anything. We took it to Geek Squad and they could do nothing for us. 100% dissatisfied with the phone and the experience. I'm out with money for this phone and still had to get a new one. Lesson learned, don't buy a refurb phone without an extended warranty.

Phone was in great condition and exactly what I was expecting. The change-over from my other phone went smoothly and I was able to go to a digital sim card. Delivery was a little slow for both the phone and the trade in kit. still waiting for response on trade in.

I had this phone for 2 weeks and the following issues arose, this refurbished phone will not hold a charge. It gets to 60% and stops charging. The battery dies within a couple hours also the glass fell out and I had to pay a 3rd party to replace the glass. I let Best Buy know about this and they said I would have to go to geek squad and refurbish phones have no warranty or guarantee.
