It will not update, it keeps freezing & it keeps turning off. I spent over an hour in best buy today trying to get it fixed and can’t get it fixed. Would not recommend.

They had been using androids forever and the switch over wasnt to complicated so they have been happy woth the phone so far they do jave good batyery life and cameras other than that its really juat a phone

Expected a little better for pre-owned

I was happy that it came with a charging cable and brick. The part I was disappointed with was the condition of the phone itself. The camera casing was clearly damaged. Pre-owned is one thing, a damaged casing is another. Wasn't really happy. When you purchase pre-owed from other vendors, they give you a quality rating. It would have been nice to have that. I would have paid additional to have a device in better condition.
