Purchased iphone x during holidays. Couldn't get this phone activated so had to go to T-mobile.

Sound did not work

Not too noticeable unless you looked at it from the side. Returned it and ordered a new one. Didn't like that I had to pay $45 for restocking fee, when I received the phone that way.

But I am grateful, and appreciate Best Buy’s service.

They are in amazing condition no scratches work perfectly fine for a refurbished phone.
