I Phone delivered nasty

I needed a iPhone XS or newer to trade in at Xfinity for a $600 credit towards an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Bought this for $269 from Chris (great service!) at Best Buy Portsmouth and drove straight to Xfinity and traded it in. Score!

Can you imagine having to decide if it’s better to convince a child to return his gift. The restocking fee heart breaking. Best Buy Just change the battery. The box it came in was damaged.
